Forbes presented the list of the gambling industry billionaires

Each year, the US magazine Forbes publishes list of billionaires of the world, classifying them into categories. We selected the representatives of online gambling and land gambling industry from the list. Here they are.

Sheldon Adelson

Is on the 22-th place. He is an American businessman of Jewish origin who made billions in the Las Vegas Sands – the largest operator of casinos of America. During 2015 revenues in Macau Sands fell, so Adelson’s position in the list of 400 most deteriorated Forbes richest Americans has also dropped. Previously he held the 15th place of the list.

Johann Graf

144th place is held by ranked Johann Graf – an Austrian businessman, the owner of a controlling stake in the manufacturer of Novomatic online slot machines. The company’s offices are located in 43 countries. Last year he was 208th in the rating of the world’s billionaires and the 2nd richest businessman in Austria.

Lui Che Woo

151th place is occupied by Lui Che Woo – owner of the Galaxy Entertainment Group. The group also owns and operates hotels and casinos in Macau through Galaxy Casino S.A. His place in the rankings compared to last year dropped.

Mark Shainberg

On the 369th place there is the Canadian businessman Mark Scheinberg – founder and owner of the world’s largest online poker room PokerStars. Last year Shainberg was 405th place in the Forbes list and 10th in Canada.

Han Chang-Woo

Place 380 on the list belongs to Han Chang-Woo – Chairman and CEO of Maruhan, the largest operator of pachinko (a gambling game very popular in Japan and other Asian countries). It should be noted that Han Chang-Woo appeared on the Forbes list only in 2016.
